Storage and Stability

Once opened, liposomal products need to be refrigerated and consumed within 6 weeks. Before opening you can store them in a cool, dark place but please ensure it is not hot as overheating can affect the integrity of the product. If you have accidentally left the product out of the fridge, don't worry, the product is probably still fine, as long as it hasn't separated - please do put it back in the fridge as soon as possible. Additionally, do not add the Liposomal to hot drinks or mix in blenders as it will also destroy the integrity of the liposomes.

Es kann auch mit Preservage kombiniert werden, um seine Wirksamkeit zu steigern, da beide Produkte synergetisch wirken und gemeinsam noch effektiver sind.

Glutathione works very well with R-Alpha Lipoic and Vitamin C as both help recycle the Glutathione and have a synergetic effect.

Both versions of our product work fine as per the feedback from our customers. There are minor differences between the capsule and liquid version. The liquid version has a higher dosage per serving however one bottle finishes around 5 days earlier (25 days) compared to the capsule version. Whereas the capsule version has a lower dosage per serving but one bottle lasts slightly longer (30 days). We believe that the choice of liquid or capsule version is a personal preference according to the preference of our customers, as there are no major differences between these products.

None of our capsule, softgel, or powder products would break a fast. The only products that could break a fast are our liquid Liposomal products, as they contain a small amount of calories.

Taste and Preferences

Some people may find the taste of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid too strong. We recommend mixing it with cold water or juice to soften the taste. Liquid liposomal products should never be mixed in hot liquids or blended, as this will disintegrate the liposomes.

We ship to various destinations worldwide, but there are some exceptions such as US, South America, Africa, The Caribbean, Tenerife (we do ship to the rest of Spain), China and Hong Kong.

Yes, you can set up a monthly subscription for any of our products at a discounted rate.

Once you go on the specific product page of the product you wish to set up a subscription for, make sure to select the 'Subscribe and Save' option, instead of the 'One-time Purchase' option. Then, add the product to your cart. Once you have done this for all the individual products you wish to have a subscription for, you can go to your basket and proceed with your order. Please note, if you wish for any subscriptions to arrive at a different time of the month, you will have to set up separate subscriptions by placing separate orders. Alternatively, once you set up a subscription for a few products under the same order, all of these products will then arrive together monthly.

You have full control over your subscription and can edit, pause, or cancel it anytime. If you have too much product, you can skip an order while keeping your subscription active. You can also change your next order date, remove or add products from/to your subscription.

You can manage all of this through your online account. Here’s how:

  • Log into your account on our website using the email address you used to place your orders.
  • If you’re having trouble logging in, check that you’ve actually created an account - having a subscription doesn’t automatically mean you have an account.
  • If you try to reset your password but don’t receive an email (even in your junk/spam folder), you likely don’t have an account yet.
  • Create an account using the same email linked to your orders, and you’ll then be able to manage your subscription and see all of your past orders.

No, you can only use one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with subscription discounts at checkout. If you have a discount code you would like to use, kindly add the product to your cart using the 'one-time purchase' option.

If you're unable to log into your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check that you’ve created an account: Having placed an order or even having a subscription does not automatically mean you have an account. If you haven’t registered before, you’ll need to create an account using the same email you used for your orders.
  • Reset your password: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. Check your inbox and junk/spam folders for the reset email. If you don’t receive a reset email, it’s likely that no account exists under that email, and you’ll need to create one.
