Longevity Rewards is a customer loyalty programme (“Longevity”) managed and conducted by Youth & Earth Ltd (“Youth & Earth”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefits of its customers (“customer”, “Member” or “you”). Opting in to the Longevity Rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Youth & Earth online store.

By opting into Longevity Rewards , you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Longevity Rewards and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy before you opt into the programme. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.

Participación y afiliación

Participation in Longevity Rewards is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to opt in to Longevity Rewards. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to opt in to the Longevity Rewards who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in Longevity Rewards, or contact [email protected] to opt out.

Spending in our online store will earn you points provided you use the email associated with your customer account. Other activities that earn points include: creating your own account; liking the Youth & Earth Twitter and Instagram pages; following the Youth & Earth Facebook page; referring friends (eligible on their first purchase); sharing your birthday; writing a review and joining the Youth & Earth mailing list.

La asignación de puntos depende del nivel en el que se encuentre. En la categoría Bronce, ganarás 4 puntos por cada euro gastado; en la categoría Plata, 5 puntos por cada euro gastado; y en la categoría Oro, 6 puntos por cada euro gastado.

Los puntos Longevity Rewards caducan a los 12 meses de su última compra. Su saldo actual se calcula en tiempo real. Tus puntos pueden subir o bajar diariamente dependiendo de los puntos que hayas ganado ese día, o de los puntos que caduquen. Youth & Earth se reserva el derecho a modificar los puntos si creemos que alguien está acumulando puntos injustamente al margen de las normas establecidas en este documento. Los puntos no son canjeables por dinero en efectivo ni por su valor monetario. No es posible ganar puntos fuera de las tiendas en línea de Youth & Earth (por ejemplo, en los distribuidores).

Puntos por reseñas

Puede realizar una valoración en una semana natural y recibir los puntos "Dejar una valoración del producto en nuestro sitio web" por la valoración. Cualquier otra reseña en esa semana natural no recibirá los puntos de reseña. Los puntos no se añadirán inmediatamente a su cuenta. Se aplicarán al final de cada semana después de que los revisemos en nuestro proveedor de servicios de reseñas.

Puntos por añadir tu cumpleaños

Recibirá puntos el día de su cumpleaños si facilita esta información a través de la página de fidelidad.

Puntos por seguir a Youth & Earth en las redes sociales

Ganarás puntos por seguirnos en Twitter/Instagram y por darnos Me Gusta en Facebook en nuestras páginas sociales de Youth & Earth .

Niveles de premios a la longevidad

Conseguirá niveles de Recompensas por Longevidad gastando en nuestra tienda en línea o realizando determinadas acciones que le proporcionarán puntos.

Categoría Hoja de Bronce: Necesita de 0 a 2499 puntos para poder optar a ella.

Nivel de la Rama Plata: Necesita entre 2500 y 4999 puntos para poder optar a ella.

Categoría Golden Tree: necesita más de 5.000 puntos para optar a ella

Pasará al siguiente nivel de Recompensas Longevidad cuando haya alcanzado el número de puntos necesario. Entonces disfrutará de las ventajas de ese nivel durante los 12 meses siguientes. No puede bajar de nivel en esos 12 meses, pero puede subir a otro nivel que disfrutará durante los 12 meses siguientes. Su elegibilidad para el nivel de Recompensas por Longevidad se revisará en el aniversario de los 12 meses desde que se unió a ese nivel. Si tienes los puntos necesarios, seguirás disfrutando de ese nivel durante los 12 meses siguientes; si no tienes suficientes puntos, bajarás de nivel.

Si un nivel de Recompensas de Longevidad ha sido alcanzado por usted en relación con un incumplimiento de estos Términos y Condiciones o de otra manera incorrectamente asignado a usted, incluso como resultado de un error por parte de la Youth & Earth, nos reservamos el derecho de ajustar su nivel de Recompensas de Longevidad en la medida necesaria para hacer frente a la violación o error. Si obtiene un reembolso o reembolso de los bienes adquiridos de Youth & Earth, un ajuste también se hace a la cuenta de Recompensas Longevidad en la cantidad del reembolso concedido.

Canje de puntos

Puede canjear los puntos de Recompensas Longevidad utilizando el deslizador de puntos de la caja o en la página de fidelidad. Los puntos pueden canjearse por una o varias tarjetas regalo. También puede donar sus puntos a la Alzheimer's Society a través de la página de fidelización. Transferencias y expedientes de clientes

Longevity Rewards points are non-transferrable: any transactions by another customer on Youth & Earth online store cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain Longevity Rewards points.

Customers may only hold one Longevity Rewards Membership. Transactions or points earned from multiple customer files (i.e. purchases made under multiple email addresses for one customer) cannot be joined into one Longevity Rewards amount. As a customer and Member of the Longevity Rewards, it’s your responsibility to ensure that we have only one client file for you. If you suspect that you may have more than one client file, please contact: [email protected].

Longevity Rewards points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Longevity Rewards points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless stated as part of the Longevity Rewards.

Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.

Rewards/Benefits

Change of details

You should advise Youth & Earth of any change to your details by logging into your account and managing your details, or by contacting [email protected] . Youth & Earth is not responsible for any failure to notify us of your change of details which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Longevity Rewards communications and rewards or benefits or the loss or downgrade of a Longevity Reward tier status.

Suspensión, modificación y/o rescisión

Youth & Earth reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we find, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Longevity Rewards program.

Youth & Earth may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards program if you:
(a) have breached these Terms and Conditions.
(b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Youth & Earth Limited, the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards programme or your customer file.
(c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Youth & Earth.
(d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information.
(e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards awards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Youth & Earth staff or any other Customers online; or (g) become bankrupt.

Where your right to participate in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards tier status you may have at that time under the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).

We reserve the right under our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Longevity Rewards without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our loyalty program.
