It's made in the liver, the organ most responsible for detoxifying your body, so optimal liver function is absolutely essential. Glutathione and GLYNAC (N-acetylcysteine-glycine) are both compounds involved in the body's antioxidant defence system, but they serve different purposes and have distinct roles. GLYNAC on the other hand provides the building blocks for glutathione production and supports various bodily functions.
