Longévité récompenses

Longevity Rewards is a Youth & Earth loyalty program to show our appreciation for being a loyal customer. For every purchase on our site you will be rewarded loyalty points which you can convert into a discount via the checkout section or redeem as gift cards. Activities such as Likes and Follows on our social media platforms can also earn you points as well as referrals and adding your birthday via the Loyalty page.

The Longevity Rewards is a free loyalty program open to all above the age of majority according to your country of origin with a valid email address. If you have an existing account with us you will automatically become a member of the Longevity Rewards program. Please refer to the Terms and Conditionsif you are under the age of majority in relation to consent.

We like to keep things simple, just click the link JOIN and you’ll be taken to the sign up page where you can fill in the required fields. There is also a 'Join Loyalty Program' button above the FAQ section. We will welcome you with 250 points!

With Longevity Rewards a member earns a minimum of 4 points for every £1 spent online on the Youth & Earth site. You can convert every 100 points that you accumulate into £1 which you can use as discounts or gift cards on future purchases.

Earn more points by::

• Creating an account (350 points)
• Sharing your Birthday (750/1000/1250 points - depending on your tier)
• Referring a friend (800/1000/1200 points - depending on your tier)
• Following us on Instagram (50 points)
• Following us on Facebook (50 points)
• Joining the Youth & Earth mailing list (100 points)
• Writing a product review (350 points)

• You can redeem your points at checkout, using the checkout point section or via the loyalty page to receive discounts.
• You can convert points into gift cards to use on your purchases.
• Alternatively, you can show your support and choose to donate an amount to the Alzheimer’s Society.
• You may donate as many times as you wish in increments of 500 points. (Alzheimer’s Society gift card for 500 points is equal to £5 donation.)

Follow these steps:

• Log in into your account.
• Head over to Loyalty Rewards: https://youthandearth.com/pages/longevity-rewards
• Scroll down until you see "Spending my points".
• There you can redeem a gift card corresponding to the points you want to use.
• Add the gift card that you redeemed at check-out.

Yes, please note that your points do expire if you have not placed an order within the past 12 months. Unredeemed points will expire 12 months after your last order on our website, so we encourage you to redeem them often. You will get emails notifying you of this.

You can view your available and pending points just below your name when you log into your account.

• Points are awarded immediately upon completing activities such as likes, follows, creating an account, or joining the mailing list.
• Points are added after a 30-day grace period for purchases
• Points for referrals are allocated when the referred individual makes an eligible purchase of £40 or more on our site.
• Points for sharing your birthday via the loyalty page will be awarded to you on your birthday.
• Points for writing a product review will be awarded to you at the end of that week.
• Please note points will be awarded for not more than one review per calendar week.

Shipping benefits are available to you when you reach the SILVER BRANCH (+2500 pts) or GOLDEN TREE (+5000 pts) tier.

• Silver Branch tier customers will receive a discount of £5 on shipping for economy & premium/express. Free shipping will apply if the cost is below £5 for your country.
• Golden Tree tier customers will receive free economy & premium/express shipping.

Unfortunately not, the checkout point section will not work on orders that include subscriptions. You can however convert your points to gift cards via the loyalty page and use them to attain further discounts on your subscription orders. However, please note that gift cards work only on the initial subscription order, renewals do not receive discounts due to gift cards.

Unfortunately, Longevity Rewards. i.e. points/discount codes or gift vouchers, may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift cards or other discounts. Longevity Rewards points accumulated may only be used by you at checkout, using the checkout slider or via the loyalty page to convert to gift cards to use on your purchases. Alternatively, you can choose to donate an amount to the Alzheimer’s society.
