Longevity Rewards is a customer loyalty programme (“Longevity”) managed and conducted by Youth & Earth Ltd (“Youth & Earth”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefits of its customers (“customer”, “Member” or “you”). Opting in to the Longevity Rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Youth & Earth online store.

By opting into Longevity Rewards , you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Longevity Rewards and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy before you opt into the programme. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.

Partecipazione e adesione

Participation in Longevity Rewards is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to opt in to Longevity Rewards. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to opt in to the Longevity Rewards who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in Longevity Rewards, or contact [email protected] to opt out.

Spending in our online store will earn you points provided you use the email associated with your customer account. Other activities that earn points include: creating your own account; liking the Youth & Earth Twitter and Instagram pages; following the Youth & Earth Facebook page; referring friends (eligible on their first purchase); sharing your birthday; writing a review and joining the Youth & Earth mailing list.

It is calculated after discounts, shipping and tax costs have been applied,
It does not include returns, reimbursements or refunds.

L'assegnazione dei punti si basa sul livello di appartenenza. Nel nostro livello Bronze guadagnerete 4 punti per 1 sterlina spesa, nel livello Silver guadagnerete 5 punti per 1 sterlina spesa e nel livello Gold guadagnerete 6 punti per 1 sterlina spesa.

I punti Longevity Rewards scadono 12 mesi dopo l'ultimo acquisto. Il vostro saldo attuale viene calcolato in tempo reale. I vostri punti possono aumentare o diminuire su base giornaliera, a seconda dei punti guadagnati quel giorno o di quelli che scadono. Youth & Earth si riserva il diritto di modificare i punti se ritiene che qualcuno stia accumulando ingiustamente punti al di fuori delle regole stabilite in questo documento. I punti non sono riscattabili in denaro o in valore monetario. Non è possibile accumulare punti al di fuori dei negozi online di Youth & Earth (ad esempio presso i rivenditori).

Guadagnerete punti quando vi iscriverete alla mailing list di Youth & Earth .

Punti per le segnalazioni

Le segnalazioni ad amici che effettuano acquisti idonei in base all'importo minimo stabilito sulla nostra pagina della fedeltà, vi faranno guadagnare punti Loyalty Reward.

Punti per le recensioni

È possibile completare una recensione nell'arco di una settimana di calendario e ricevere i punti "Lascia una recensione del prodotto sul nostro sito web" per la recensione. Qualsiasi altra recensione nell'arco di quella settimana di calendario non riceverà i punti della recensione. I punti non verranno aggiunti immediatamente al vostro account. Saranno applicati alla fine di ogni settimana, dopo che le recensioni saranno state esaminate dal nostro fornitore di servizi.

Punti per l'aggiunta del compleanno

Riceverete punti il giorno del vostro compleanno se fornirete queste informazioni tramite la pagina della fedeltà.

Punti per aver seguito/apprezzato Youth & Earth sulle piattaforme dei social media

Guadagnerete punti seguendoci su Twitter/Instagram e mettendo "Mi piace" su Facebook sulle nostre pagine sociali di Youth & Earth .

Livelli dei premi di longevità

I livelli dei Premi Longevità si ottengono spendendo nel nostro negozio online o completando determinate azioni di accumulo punti.

Livello Foglia di bronzo: per qualificarsi sono necessari da 0 a 2499 punti.

Livello del ramo Argento: per qualificarsi sono necessari da 2500 a 4999 punti.

Livello Albero d'oro: sono necessari più di 5000 punti per qualificarsi.

Una volta raggiunto il numero di punti richiesto, passerete al livello successivo di Longevity Rewards. Potrete quindi godere dei vantaggi di quel livello per i 12 mesi successivi. Non è possibile scendere di livello entro questi 12 mesi, ma è possibile passare a un altro livello, di cui si potrà usufruire per i 12 mesi successivi. L'idoneità al livello Longevity Rewards sarà riesaminata al 12° mese di anniversario dell'adesione al livello. Se avete i punti necessari, continuerete a godere di quel livello per i 12 mesi successivi, mentre se non avete abbastanza punti, scenderete di livello.

Se un livello di Premi di Longevità è stato raggiunto da voi in relazione a una violazione di questi Termini e Condizioni o altrimenti assegnato in modo errato, anche a seguito di un errore da parte di Youth & Earth, ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare il vostro livello di Premi di Longevità nella misura necessaria per risolvere la violazione o l'errore. Se ottenete un rimborso o un'indennità per i beni acquistati da Youth & Earth, viene effettuato anche un adeguamento al conto Premi Longevità per l'importo del rimborso concesso.

Riscatto dei punti

È possibile riscattare i punti Longevity Rewards utilizzando il cursore dei punti alla cassa o sulla pagina della fedeltà. I punti possono essere riscattati per una carta regalo o per più carte regalo. È anche possibile donare i propri punti all'Alzheimer's Society tramite la pagina della fedeltà. Se si utilizza il dispositivo di scorrimento dei punti alla cassa per riscattare i punti, non è possibile utilizzare un codice sconto per quell'ordine. È tuttavia possibile riscattare una carta regalo o più carte regalo da utilizzare insieme a un codice sconto.

Trasferimenti e file clienti

Longevity Rewards points are non-transferrable: any transactions by another customer on Youth & Earth online store cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain Longevity Rewards points.

Customers may only hold one Longevity Rewards Membership. Transactions or points earned from multiple customer files (i.e. purchases made under multiple email addresses for one customer) cannot be joined into one Longevity Rewards amount. As a customer and Member of the Longevity Rewards, it’s your responsibility to ensure that we have only one client file for you. If you suspect that you may have more than one client file, please contact: [email protected].

Longevity Rewards points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Longevity Rewards points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless stated as part of the Longevity Rewards.

Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.

Rewards/Benefits

Change of details

You should advise Youth & Earth of any change to your details by logging into your account and managing your details, or by contacting [email protected] . Youth & Earth is not responsible for any failure to notify us of your change of details which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Longevity Rewards communications and rewards or benefits or the loss or downgrade of a Longevity Reward tier status.

Sospensione, modifica e/o risoluzione

Youth & Earth reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we find, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Longevity Rewards program.

Youth & Earth may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards program if you:
(a) have breached these Terms and Conditions.
(b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Youth & Earth Limited, the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards programme or your customer file.
(c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Youth & Earth.
(d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information.
(e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards awards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Youth & Earth staff or any other Customers online; or (g) become bankrupt.

Where your right to participate in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards tier status you may have at that time under the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).

We reserve the right under our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Longevity Rewards without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our loyalty program.
