Delivery
All estimates are based on when the order is fulfilled and handed to the courier.
We endeavour to do this within the same day or at the latest 24 hours of the order being placed. Please find cut-off times per carrier below:
- DPD – 14:00
- Royal Mail – 16:00
Please note our warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. During this time no orders are fulfilled.
An order placed on a Friday afternoon, Weekend or a Public Holiday will not be fulfilled until the next business day.
UK Shipping:
Free shipping option/s are available for all UK orders over £60.00. Delivery time is calculated based on when the order is placed, fulfilled and handed over to the courier.
We offer the following options at checkout:
Royal Mail 24H - £4.49
Royal Mail 48H - £3.39
DPD - £6.69
EU Shipping:
European orders are sent via Standard Shipping (Deutsche Post/Correos/DHL) starting from €3.99 depending on the country, or via Premium Shipping (FedEx Priority) starting from €7.49 depending on the country.
Expected delivery times vary by destination country.
All EU and international orders outside of the UK are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are set by local customs authorities.
If you are unsure whether customs fees may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Rest of World Shipping:
All orders going to rest of world are shipped via FedEx Priority starting from £14.99. Expected delivery times vary per region.
Deliveries
1. Please note, during sale periods and holiday season deliveries may take longer.
2. Products which are on "Pre-Order" at the time of purchase, will be dispatched once the product is available/back in stock.
3. Please note, we are not responsible for any import or customs charges that may occur prior to receiving your order.
Returns
Returns & Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied with Youth & Earth Products, we're not satisfied. We want to help ensure your shopping experience is second to none.
We offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy* for all orders from the date you received the product.
The only product not covered is the 100g size NMN Sublingual Powder, so please do not purchase unless you have tried smaller sizes of the product and are satisfied with it.

Only Products purchased on the eu.youthandearth.com website can be returned to Youth & Earth for a refund, T&Cs apply. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Youth and Earth will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase.

We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt if you wish to return them, given they have been stored correctly since receiving. All returned items must be unopened, unused, with unbroken seal and not damaged. Returned products that don't meet the aforementioned criteria, will not qualify for a refund and will be disposed of.

If you react or not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it under our 60 Days Money Back Guarantee. Please note, we do not accept opened/used products back.

Return Procedures: Email enquiries@youthandearth.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process your refund after we have received the returned order.
NOTE: After contacting us, we will provide customers with a free returns label. Customers are responsible for printing the label off, and properly packaging the returned items to ensure they get to us a in a resalable condition.
